PRESENT: Antkoviak, Ginop, Dotski, Tracey and Mandrick
OTHERS PRESENT: Paul Nows, Walter Nows, Mike Robinson, Frank Spezia, Richard Buehler, Ed Ginop, Dale Dotski, Don Rader, Wilfred Mandrick, Jackie & Quinter Burnett.
Supervisor Antkoviak called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Pledge to the flag was recited.
Tracey made the motion to accept the December 14, 2004 meeting minutes. Dotski supported the motion. Motion carried.
TRUSTEE APPOINTMENT: Mr. Paul Nows and Mr. Wilfred Mandrick both expressed their desire to serve as trustee. The board voted by ballot with a 2 to 2 tie. It was agreed by both men to break the tie by a flip of a coin. Mr. Wilfred Mandrick won the toss.
CORRESPONDENCE: A permit was granted to Mr. Kenneth Hart by the DEQ for filling his lot on Munro Lake.
Attorney Tim MacArthur wrote an Indemnity and Hold Harmless Statement. A roll call vote was made by the board to accept the Hold Harmless Statement. Antkoviak, yes Ginop, yes Dotski, yes Tracey, yes Mandrick, yes.
BILLS: Tracey made the motion to pay the monthly bills amounting to $2,582.14, supporting by Dotski. Motion carried.
Board of Review members Dale Dotski and Walter Nows asked to attend the Board of Review workshop to be held Feb, 25th in St. Ignace. The clerk will send in the reservation along with the fee of $55.00 each.
ADJOURNMENT: Tracey made the motion to adjourn the meeting, supported by Antkoviak. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
