MUNRO TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING
March 8, 2005

Fire Station Hall / 8872 Levering Road

PRESENT: Antkoviak, Ginop, Dotski, Tracey and Mandrick
OTHERS PRESENT: Richard Buehler, Donald Rader, Edward Ginop, Paul Nows, Walter Nows and Mike Robinson.

Supervisor Antkoviak called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. at the fire hall.

Pledge to the flag was recited.

MINUTES: Tracey made the motion to accept the February 8, 2005 minutes, supported by Mandrick. Motion carried.

CORRESPONDENCE

BILLS: A motion was made by Tracey, supported by Dotski to pay the monthly bills amounting to $4,816.22.

BIDS FOR CLEAN UP DAY
Two bids were received from PAC Sanitation and Republic, both quoted $32.00 per compacted yard. Tracey made the motion to accept the Pac bid because they could haul on May 28, 2005, Memorial Day week-end. Republic could not haul until June. Antkoviak supported the motion. Motion carried.

BUDGET
The proposed budget for 2005-2006 was discussed. Revenues are down from last year, especially State Sales Tax. Treasurer Dotski has to meet with the County Treasurer on March 17, 2005. Final figures should be ready for Settlement Day on March 21st.

Second hearing on the budget will be March 21, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the fire hall.

Board of Review will be held at the fire hall, March 14 & 15th.

Paul Nows is going to circulate a petition along Silver Strand Road asking to have a special assessment on property to have the road paved.

Motion by Ginop, supported by Dotski to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
