A special meeting was called to order by Supervisor Antkoviak at 6:00 p.m.
Mr. David Todd of Plymouth, MN asked for a special meeting for a land division split. At the August 9, 2005 township meeting, the board denied his request to split his property on Douglas Lake because he did not have the required 4 to 1 ratio (width x length).
Mr. Todd resubmitted another application with the right 4 to 1 ratio 120’ x 480’. Mandrick made the motion to accept the proposed split on 10021 Morningtide Road, Levering, Michigan. Tracey supported the motion. All favored saying “Aye”.
Mandrick made the motion to adjourn the meeting, supported by Dotski. The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
