The meeting was called to order by Trustee Donald Tracey at 7:30 p.m. at Fire Station No. 2 located on Levering Road. Pledge to the flag was recited.
AGENDA – A motion by Wil Mandrick, supported by Cheryl Dotski to accept the agenda as presented. Motion carried.
MINUTES – A motion by Wil Mandrick, supported by Donald Tracey to approve the December 11, 2007 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
PAYMENT OF BILLS – Motion by Mandrick, supported by Dotski to pay the December bills amounting to $8,648.88. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS – None
NEW BUSINESS – William Duffey, the new owner of the Douglas Lake Bar, asked for approval to transfer the liquor license. Ginop made the motion to approve the liquor license, supported by Mandrick. Motion carried.
WHINES, GROANS AND GRIPES – Walt Nows said to wait until his brother, Paul comes back next month.
ADJOURNMENT – Mandrick made the motion to adjourn the meeting, supported by Tracey. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
