PRESENT: Antkoviak, Ginop, Dotski, Tracey and Mandrick
The Settlement Day meeting was called to order by Supervisor Antkoviak at 7:12 p.m.
Tracey made the motion to approve the March 11, 2008 meeting minutes as presented, supported by Mandrick. Motion carried.
Tracey made the motion to pay the bills amounting to $5,14.60, supported by Dotski. Motion carried.
Discussions on the budgets for 2008-2009. Ginop asked that the township hall floors be refinished and the walls painted. New lights would be purchased with brighter bulbs for better vision during night meetings.
Mandrick made the motion to accept the budgets for General Fund, Liquor Fund, Cemetery Fund and Road Fund, supported by Tracey. Motion carried.
Ginop made the motion to adjourn the meeting, supported by Dotski. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
