Munro Township Board Meeting
August 12, 2008
Munro Township Hall, 7:30 p.m
PRESENT: Antkoviak, Ginop, Dotski, Tracey and Mandrick.
OTHERS PRESENT: Patricia & Keith Sipperley, Jackie & Quinter Burnett, Paul Nows, Walter Nows.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Antkoviak at 7:30 p.m. at the township hall located on 8016 Brandau Road. Pledge to the flag was recited.
MINUTES – A motion was made by W. Mandrick, supported by C. Dotski to approve the July 8, 2008 meeting minutes as presented. Motion carried.
PAYMENT OF BILLS – D. Tracey made the motion to pay the monthly bills amounting to $7,759.40, supported by W. Mandrick. Motion carried.

- Cheboygan County Road Com. PRIVATE Road Maintenance Contract
- Gov. Granholm – Revenue Sharing
- Centurytel Metro Act Right-of-Way Permit
OLD BUSINESS
- Munro Twp. Has no forest management plan on 827 acres of state owned property.
- Swimming pool meeting will be held Aug. 13th at 7:00 p.m. located at the hospital meeting room.
- Wil Mandrick attended the Soil Conservation meeting, topic was Gypsy Moth.
NEW BUSINESS
- Lights were picked out for the hall.
- New chairs were discussed for the township hall, Antkoviak was going to check prices with Louie’s Equipment & Sales.
ADJOURNMENT
- Mandrick made a motion, supported by Dotski to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
