The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Antkoviak at 7:30 p.m. at Fire Station No. 2.
Pledge to the flag was recited.
A motion was made by Tracey, supported by Mandrick to accept the January 10, 2006 meeting minutes.
BILLS
Mandrick made the motion to pay the monthly bills amounting to $4,620.43, supported by Tracey. Motion carried.
CORRESPONDENCE
Antkoviak read letter about a new website, however the township is happy with the current website.
Antkoviak read letter from attorney Tim MacArthur regarding Loznak and Chastain letter dated 2/14/06.
Antkoviak talked about letter from attorney Tim MacArthur about the Social Security Privacy Act.
NEW BUSINESS
Mandrick attended PIE & G meeting and reported that the rates are going up.
Antkoviak and Paul Nows will attend the Cheboygan County Road Commission meeting February 27th, at 2:00 p.m. at the Indian River office.
Antkoviak talked about Inverness Fire Department taking over MacArthur Road from the Pellston Fire Department. Tracey made the motion to draft a letter to the Joint Administrative Fire Board of the Inverness Fire Department stating that Munro Township is not interested in contributing to a new fire hall. Supported by Mandrick.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Keith Sipperley asked what the status was on the Land Division Ordinance. Antkoviak said Tim MacArthur was still working on the revision.
A motion by Tracey, supported by Dotski to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
